During a visit to our office a patient can expect a comprehensive examination of the teeth, gums and soft tissues of the mouth, and a detailed treatment plan will be explained when work is necessary.
If images of the teeth and mouth are needed, our office offers digital impressions as an alternative to traditional impression techniques. With the Carestream scanner we can obtain a three dimensional image of a patient’s mouth quickly and accurately, and the process of scanning the teeth is more comfortable for the patient than the original method which uses a tray and setting liquid to replicate the dental structure.
